  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Is the receipt enclosed?

    For those who purchased the product, we will enclose the purchase statement, so you can use it as a receipt.

  • Do you have a deadline for payment?

    There is a deadline. If payment is not made within a week after the purchase procedure, the order will be automatically canceled.

  • Do you have new products?

  • Does it come with accessories?

    All items shown in the image on the product page are included. Please note that items not listed in the images and product description are not included.

Regarding delivery

  • How long does it take to ship after purchase?

    After payment is confirmed, we will ship the next business day (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Once shipped, we will send a shipping notification email to your email address.

  • Do you ship overseas?

    International shipments will be shipped from UPS.

  • Is it possible to have it delivered to an address other than my home?

    Is possible. If you specify the delivery address at the time of purchase, it will be delivered to that address.

  • Can I specify a shipping company?

    We are sorry, but we cannot specify the delivery company. We will deliver from our designated delivery company.

  • Can you take care of the accident during delivery?

    Since all the products we sell are one-of-a-kind, we cannot prepare the same product. In the unlikely event that the ordered product cannot be delivered due to an accident during delivery, we will cancel the order and refund your money. If there is a similar product, we will let you know.

  • If I purchase multiple items, can you ship them together?

  • Is it possible to wrap purchased items?
