*The transfer fee will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
* The transfer deadline is within 8 days including the order date.
*If the transfer cannot be confirmed even after the deadline, the order will be cancelled.
*Please use the name of the purchaser when making the transfer. Please note that the transaction will be suspended if the name is different.
* If you continue to cancel without contacting us, we will limit the payment method.

Handling delivery company Sagawa Express * We do not charge a cash on delivery fee.

*If you do not receive the product within 3 days from the date of arrival, the order itself will be cancelled.
*Please note that for cash-on-delivery orders, if the item is in stock, we will be able to specify the desired arrival date and time within 7 days.
* If the total amount is 500,000 yen (including tax) or more, cash on delivery cannot be used. Please note.

All products are displayed with consumption tax included. If the tax rate is changed, the amount will be based on the new tax rate.

If you need to change the address, please send us a cash-on-delivery receipt or convenience store receipt with the following information.
After arrival, we will mail you a receipt with the delivery completion date in about 1 week to 10 days.

We offer free shipping on all products ordered from us.

Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order.
*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, Obon, and the year-end and New Year holidays, and products ordered before the regular holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
*We may not be able to deliver on the desired delivery date and time due to fluctuations in delivery status such as weather disturbances.

If you do not receive the item within 2 weeks from the first delivery date, the package will be returned to us and will be automatically canceled. Please note that you may not be able to receive our services from the next time onwards.

We will avoid excessive packaging for the ordered products and deliver them in simple packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the convenience of the customer as the products handled by our company are reused products.

Regarding returns, we only accept returns due to our store's reasons, such as the product being defective or defective, or the wrong product being delivered.
In addition, if the product condition etc. is significantly different from the product description (because it is a used product, please forgive some errors), we will contact you and take care of it.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if we do not hear from you within three days of receiving the product.
If it is determined that the product is not genuine, please prepare the certificate and contact us using the <inquiry form>.

We take all possible measures to ensure the quality and delivery of our products, but in the unlikely event that there is a "wrong product" or "defective product", please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will bear the shipping fee, cash-on-delivery handling fee, and other expenses.

Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed. In addition, if excessive cancellations or returns are made, transactions may be restricted or suspended.
Use of the return service is limited to payment by credit card.
The customer is responsible for the bank transfer fee for the refund.
Please note that a separate cancellation fee will be charged if you use a shopping loan.
