About sales to overseas customers

LUBIRA offers international shipping for our products. If you reside outside of Japan, please read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions before making a purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise from a failure to understand these terms and conditions.

LUBIRAでは商品の海外発送も行っております。
海外のお住まいの方は購入前に以下の利用規約をお読みになり、購入をお願いします。
以下の内容をご確認いただけなかったために発生したトラブルにつきましては、弊社では責任を負いかねます。

Placing an Order
Please add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

1.注文する
商品ページから商品をカートに入れてご注文ください。

Order Processing
Please provide your contact information (email address, shipping address, etc.) and select your preferred shipping method.

2.注文処理連絡先情報（メールアドレス・配送先住所など）をご記入の上、配送方法の選択にお進みください。

Shipping
After confirming your contact and shipping information, please proceed to payment.

3.配送
連絡先や配送先を確認の上、配送方法を決定したら、お支払いへお進みください。

Input Credit Card Information
Please enter your credit card information for payment. If the billing address is different from the shipping address, please also provide that information.

4.クレジットカード情報の入力
お支払いするクレジットカード情報の入力をお願い致します。また、請求先住所が配送先と異なる場合はそちらもご記入ください。

Shipping Preparation
Once payment has been confirmed, we will prepare your order for shipment. Shipping will be done via UPS and will take place on the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

5.出荷
お支払いの確認が取れ次第、発送業務に入らせて頂きます。発送は土日祝日を覗いた翌営業日、平日10時から19時となっています。海外の配送に関してはUPSでの配送となります。

Shipping Information
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping, our company provides insurance coverage.

6.配送
ご注文の商品が発送されたら、追跡番号をお知らせします。注文した商品が紛失、破損、盗難にあった場合、小包の保険は当社にあります。

Delivery Time
Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.

7.納期
通関やその他諸事情により、お届けが遅れる場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

Payment Methods:
We only accept credit card payments.

支払い方法について
支払い方法はクレジットカードのみとなっています。

Shipping:
Please note that customers cannot specify the shipping company. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, insurance fees, and any tariffs or taxes incurred at the destination.

配送に関して
配送業者に関してはお客様からの指定は出来ませんの予めご了承ください。購入者は、配送料、保険料および目的地で発生した関税および税金をご負担していただきます。

Product Information:
Descriptions are subjective, and impressions may vary depending on the individual. Images may appear slightly different from the actual product colors. We provide information about included accessories when the product is delivered. Due to the nature of used products, they may not be completely odor-free.

商品について
説明は主観的なものであり、印象は人によって異なる場合があります。画像と実際の商品の色は多少異なって見える場合がございます。商品到着時の付属品・付属品を掲載しております。中古品の性質上、完全に無臭ではない場合がございます。

Exotic Leather Products:
Leather products made from exotic materials such as crocodile, python, lizard, and ostrich (including watch straps) are subject to export/import regulations under the Washington Convention. Therefore, please confirm whether the product is made of exotic materials before bidding. Also, please note that when using a crocodile strap for a watch, only the product excluding the strap (case, buckle, clasp, screws, etc.) will be shipped.

エキゾチックレザーの商品に関して
エキゾチックレザー（クロコ、パイソン、リザード、オーストリッチ）などの皮革製品（時計のベルトも含む）に関しては、ワシントン条約に基づき、輸出入規制の対象となっております。そのため、購入する際には、エキゾチック素材か確認をしてからの入札をお願い致します。また、時計のベルトに関してもクロコベルトを使用している際は、ベルトを除いた商品のみ（ケース、バックル、尾錠、ビスなど）の発送となりますので、ご了承ください。
